Approval: The item reported below have the approval of the five participants. Amy Wong Mok, the remaining member of the Executive Committee, is traveling and authorized Kathleen To to vote for her. Another remaining EC member, Rajen Anand, did not participate.

Motion:

S.B. Woo moves to accept Dr. Rajen Anand's resignation, with the understanding that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent future similar occurrences.

Yueh-Ting Lee seconds.

The motion was unanimously approved.

Nature of the meeting and Duration: Conference call lasting 50 minutes

Date: June 6, 2007, 9 PM EST

Approval: The item reported below have the approval of the five participants. Amy Wong Mok, the remaining member of the Executive Committee cannot be reached. Another remaining EC member, Rajen Anand, decided not to participate.

Motion:

S.B. Woo moves to draft a letter to Rajen Anand and send it to the participated Executive Committee members, who will vote for the letter. This letter will document that, to the extent of our knowledge, Rajen Anand has been involved with a presidential campaign improperly. His behaviour violates 80-20 Bylaw Article 7.1. If he fails to respond to deny publicly his association with the campaign, and to copy it to NFIA and the Hillary campaign by midnight of June 13th, we will consider to start an impeachment process.

The motion was unanimously approved.
